“The Human Condition”- to be launched on 5th September 2022

“The Human Condition”
5th September – 31st October
Application deadline: 22nd August 2022

So, what makes us human? What characterises the essentials of human existence from birth and continues throughout our lives? Ponder on birth, growth, emotion, aspiration, conflict and mortality or simply demonstrate through your glass what makes you who you are. Celebrate your own personal condition and let your glass do the talking. Show us what you love, what you hate, what you fear and what you hope for!!!

We are inviting CGS Glass Artists to submit an image of work inspired by this theme!

Description: The Sun and Moon are also symbols of Man and Woman. My sculpture below aims to show this meeting, merging, and the effect of these two heavenly bodies on each other. The Moon has no light of its own, it reflects the light of the Sun. During the day, when the brightness of the Sun is very high, the Moon is not visible, because in this case all the light of the Sun is reflected from it.
