I have worked with fused glass for the last 10 years after retiring from the NHS, so do not have a highly technical training in this area. However I have been painting for over 50 years and this informs my ideas and designs in my glass work. I make practical and decorative glassware, as well as jewellery and wall hangings.I am presently Chair of the Oxfordshire Craft Guild.

Since childhood a passion for art has driven me to experiment with a variety of media finally concentrating on glass. For 8 years I worked in repair and conservation work simultaneously developing skills in other glass related sectors. I teach traditional lead and copper foiling, fusing, mosaic and glass painting techniques.

I'm a long time collector of glass, and have undertaken workshops in glassblowing, fusing, bead making and stained glass.
I'm now in the process of setting up a home / hobby studio in our Shropshire home and expect to be fusing our own creations early in 2019.
I also love the challenge of photographing glass.
