Sagar and Campbell are a firm of Architectural Glass Artists who work to commission within the Public Realm sector and encompass the whole process from initial concept through to installation. We work to create Art works that give a feeling of familiarity and soul whilst working with the unique character and identity of the area and its people, thus creating a 'Sense of Place'.We incorporate glass into our free standing pieces as well as our wall mounted work ; internal and external. We also use it as a decorative medium integral to the primary structure of the building development. One of the key aspects in our current practice is to magnify our hand drawn images onto large areas of glass, adding soul to the piece and thus creating a dynamic link with the viewer. Our team can act as project managers, consultants and lead artists or a combination of all three. We have 20 years of experience utilizing the wonderful properties of glass to create very special works of art. Our Clients have included : architects, developers, private commissioners, public sector commissioners, communities, hospitals and schools. Having frequently been part of a combined team, we are skilled in working with a community of interests; responding to the team, their expectations and ideas is part of the design process. Each project is unique; we consider one of our strengths to be our flexibility and professionalism bringing the following skills and experience; conception and presentation of designs, fabrication of art using experienced contractors, installation as well as issue solving with minimum fuss and maximum effect.Always underlying our approach is our commitment to artistic excellence and creative effect. We enjoy balancing the need to engage people in the creative process with the need to create artwork of high quality and durability.
