Glass artist and designer Cate Watkinson designs and makes unique pieces, ranging from decorative glass panels for private buildings, etched glass screens for offices, to street furniture and major public sculpture commissions. Cate trained in 3-D design, Glass with Ceramics. After leaving college Cate worked in Cambridge and the Channel Islands before returning to the north east to set up her architectural glass studio at Newcastle Arts Centre in 1988.

Julia uses a variety of processes including glass blowing, fusing, casting and centifuging to produce studio glass for selling exhibitions and commissions. She also offer courses in kiln formed glass at Glasszoo Studios in Guildford, Surrey and taught by various specialist professionals.

Based in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, Rachel Welford works to commission creating bespoke architectural glass artwork, including window, door and wall panels, screens and installations for any architectural application. Rachel also produces artwork in glass and paper based media following her own independent creative ideas making artworks for gallery, domestic interior or exterior environments.
