Details about work or recent projects

" The perfect face, the perfect breasts, the perfect home! All women strive for perfection " in a search for perfection are we losing a grasp of reality?" Germaine Greer, The Whole Woman (London, 2002)My work emerges from my life experiences; I use these to make a personal comment using the physical properties of glass as an instigator. For these works I used family experiences as a starting point and researched areas such as feminism, psychology, play therapy and philosophy in order to gain a greater understanding. Taking this idea of Perfection I looked into concepts of childhood, Families and more materially the houses we are brought up in. From this I selected key memories and aspects to focus my work on.
