I finished my degree in contemporary crafts at Manchester University in 2002 and since then have been working in glass, wax and paint. I have a small studio at home and also one at the Electric Picture House in Congleton. Cheshire.
My work is about revealing hidden imagery, capturing dynamic colour combinations which evoke and transform initial observations of land and nature into an expressionistic and ethereal style.
new project 2017
A series of plant and tree imagery into layers of glass, varying in size and shape, distorting and abstracting from the original image.
