Broadfield House Glass Museum
The elegant Regency facade of this Grade II* listed historical building provides a clue as to the charming experience awaiting visitors. Within will be found many attractive architectural features and a range of fascinating objects, from modern glass art to industrial equipment from the Victorian era.
Oodles of Doodles (20/08/2015 – 30/08/2015) This exhibition brings together an eclectic mix of glass forms and techniques inspired by the ongoing doodle project of the British Glass Foundation. The artworks exhibited are either copied from the doodles produced by several local and international celebrities, or the three doodle competition winners from schools in the Black Country. These pieces will be auctioned to raise funds for the BGF and their heritage projects. http://www.dudley.gov.uk/see-and-do/museums/glass-museum/whats-on-at-bro...
